Do you have what it takes?

  I'm going to start a series of short articles and talk about the concept of being an Athlete,about the time and dedication someone will invest in achieving goals,build confidence and become a better person.
  If you think there is a little,or a lot in there that makes you get involved in sport activities,practice a sport,or love and respect the sport,you have to take the first step and answer a few questions,they are simple and in relationship with anyone trying to become a better athlete.
  1.Do you enjoy early wake ups,walking,jogging,running,biking?
  2.How often do you feel like you are in the best shape?
  3.Do you prefer your kids game(competition)or the TV national leagues?
  4.How quick are you.finding the escalator or elevator at the mall?
  5.Do you like counting the calories in every meal and snack?
  6.How many of your friends are involved,talk and do sports?
  7.Will you pick Hawaii or China for your dream vacation?
  Don't forget to be honest!!!I will talk around each question,get all the comments together and in the end we are going to decide if we have what it takes!!!
